By enrolling your dog and/or entering our premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions below. Electronic acceptance via our forms constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Owner”) and Pawsitive Dog Training College (“Pawsitive”).
The Owner confirms lawful ownership of the dog and understands that dog training, behaviour modification, socialisation, and boarding involve inherent risks. Participation is entirely at the Owner’s own risk.
The Owner indemnifies and holds harmless Pawsitive, its directors, trainers, employees, and contractors from any liability for injury, illness, death, escape, theft, loss, property damage, or dog-related incidents occurring during participation or while on the premises.
Pawsitive shall not be liable for pre-existing conditions, stress-related illness, communicable diseases, or aggravation of behavioural issues.
Under no circumstances shall liability exceed the amount paid for the specific program.
Any person entering Pawsitive premises does so entirely at their own risk. The Owner accepts responsibility for visitors and children. Pawsitive is not liable for slips, falls, animal interactions, or related incidents.
Dogs must be healthy and free of contagious illness upon entry.
The Owner must disclose any aggression, bite history, resource guarding, severe anxiety, or dangerous behaviour. Failure to disclose may result in immediate termination without refund.
If emergency treatment is required and the Owner cannot be reached, Pawsitive may seek veterinary care. All costs remain the Owner’s responsibility.
A non-refundable R500 deposit secures a booking. Two weeks written notice is required for cancellation. No refunds apply for early termination or Owner non-compliance.
Training outcomes depend on consistency, environment, and temperament. Results cannot be guaranteed.
By enrolling, the Owner grants permission for photographs and videos of the dog to be used for marketing and educational purposes unless written notice is provided beforehand.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and falls under the jurisdiction of Gauteng courts.
